The Technology and Emerging Growth Industry group is seeking a Project Management Manager. This role will be an integral position in the technology and emerging growth practice area and the person will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure accurate and timely communications and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.

How you'll spend your time:
- Managing-Coordinating projects are on budget and on target for completion for the required due dates
- Managing Project Management software
- Tracking constantly moving client/prospect contact list
- Following up with proposal/pipeline status from Manager-Partner
- Assisting with onboarding on new clients and coordinating with all internal team members
- Coordinating with Tax team for Centralized Firm initiatives such as Centralized Tax Processing, updating XCM, assisting with preparation of Engagement Letters, and assisting with adherence to all firm policies
- Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification, hands-on experience with a U.S. accounting firm
- Strong project management skills, Workflow management and Utilization or people management.
- Proficient in Excel and Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong personal and communication skills both written and verbal; able to adapt to a variety of styles and personalities.
- High sense of urgency and ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with several technology platforms including Microsoft Office suite and learn our project management platform.
- Reliable, productive, and self-motivated; able to work well under pressure

- Able to learn and adapt to new and complex procedures quickly
- Prior tax experience (working or coordination) is a plus.
- Able to commute to the office 4 days a week and coordinate with team members on a regular basis.
