Key Responsibilities & KRAs
·Lead Generation & International Prospecting: Identify and generate qualified B2B leads across US, UK, Europe, and APAC through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and market research
·End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery calls, solution pitching, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
·Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.
·Solution-Based Selling: Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present customized IT and software solutions aligned with client requirements.
·Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
·3-10 years of experience in Business Development, International IT Sales, or B2B Sales
·Proven experience selling IT services or software solutions (SaaS, CRM, Cloud, Custom Software, Cybersecurity)
·Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach
·Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
·Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working with global clients
