Job Title: Site Incharge – Solar EPC Ground Mounted Projects

Job Summary
The Site In-charge will be responsible for managing the execution of solar EPC projects at the site level in Bihar. The role includes supervision of construction, installation, safety, quality compliance, resource management, and daily progress reporting to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical works for solar EPC projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and local authorities for smooth site operations.
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and utilization at the site.
- Manage site manpower allocation and resolve on-site issues proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and share with Project Manager/Head Office.
- Ensure proper implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices at the site.
- Support project commissioning and handover activities.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5–7 years in handling solar EPC project sites (ground-mounted in MW).
- Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, structures, inverters, cabling, and safety procedures.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and ensure project execution within timelines.
- Willingness to stay at project site in Bihar and travel within the state as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in large-scale solar EPC projects ( Upto 25MW Ground Mounted)
- Knowledge of local regulations, DISCOM procedures, and net metering policies in Bihar.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project Reports).
