CTC: (Below mentioned)
Internship: 15,000 Stipend (Upto 6 months)
Full Time: 3LPA - 6LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Follow up with inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to maximize conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong phone presence and customer handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
