Role Details:
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome!)
Industry Focus: Startup consultancy, financial services, loan consultancy, and government schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services and generate leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate service packages.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/Excel and achieve sales targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Graduates in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email communication).
A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
