Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure timely support.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within timelines.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, services, documentation, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and communication history.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Assist in preparing customer reports and MIS when required
