Role Overview
You will drive growth across both Taabur and WonderLab by converting leads, building relationships with parents and corporates, and ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to execution. The role blends sales, client servicing, and platform growth, with strong coordination across operations, content, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for workshops, events, DIY kits, and platform offerings across Taabur and WonderLab
- Manage client communication across calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
- Handle the complete lead journey from enquiry to conversion and follow-up
- Build business through parents, schools, and corporate partnerships
- Prepare quotations, track invoices, and follow up on payments
- Maintain and update CRM and client databases consistently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution post-booking
- Respond quickly to leads from ads, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct outreach through calls and email campaigns to generate new leads
- Nurture repeat business by reconnecting with past clients
- Attend events when needed to gather insights and spot new opportunities
- Share feedback on lead quality and conversions to support marketing efforts
Skills & Requirements
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Confidence in handling calls and pitching products/services
· Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
· Good organizational and follow-up skills
· Ability to work independently and meet targets
