Key Responsibilities:
✅ Partner with Cluster & Restaurant Operations Teams on all HR matters
✅ Drive recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
✅ Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
✅ Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes
✅ Monitor statutory compliance and HR policies
✅ Support performance management and talent development
✅ Maintain HRMIS, documentation, and HR reports
✅ Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple restaurant locations
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
