Job Description :
Plus Max Group of Companies is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed Finance & Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in finance operations, import-export accounting, and audit management, with the ability to independently manage financial reporting and statutory compliance.
This role requires a professional who can ensure accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning for the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the company.
- Handle accounting related to Forex transactions, Import–Export operations, and international trade documentation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely closing of financial books and reconciliation of accounts.
- Independently manage year-end audits, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage and monitor GST, corporate tax filings, and other regulatory submissions.
- Review accounts receivable and payable aging reports and take necessary actions to improve cash flow efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, cost analysis reports, financial forecasts, and management reports.
- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance systems.
- Support management with financial insights and strategic planning.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Forex transactions, Import-Export accounting, and audit processes.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and statutory filings.
- Ability to independently manage audits and financial closing processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Candidates from South India, particularly Tamil Nadu, will be given preference.
