Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Explain project details and property features to clients
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule and assist in site visits
- Maintain client database and daily follow-up records
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Graduation pursuing/completed preferred
