Role Summary
We are looking for energetic, highly motivated, and target-driven Field Sales & Marketing Interns based in DELHI / NCR. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you will be the face of BONC Network on the ground.
Instead of sitting behind a desk, you will drive our active user-acquisition campaigns across corporate hubs, local markets, residential societies, and major public zones. Your mission is simple: engage with business owners and professional individuals, explain the power of the BONC Network, and drive immediate mobile app downloads on Android and iOS.
- Position: Field Sales & Marketing Intern
- Duration: 2 to 3 Months (with a performance-based Pre-Placement Offer for full-time roles)
- Location: Delhi/ NCR
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Active Field Campaigning & Onboarding
- Ground-Level Activations: Conduct daily field visits to high-footfall areas, including corporate parks, commercial hubs, local market associations, residential societies, and public professional gatherings.
- App Downloads & Activations: Pitch the BONC Network mobile app directly to users, guiding them step-by-step through downloading and installing the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- User Onboarding: Help users set up their initial profiles on the app so they can immediately see value from the platform.
2. Brand Awareness & Education
- Explain clearly what users can achieve directly through the mobile app (e.g., launching an instant digital footprint, accessing AI Meta Search tools, and connecting directly with B2B clients).
- Educate traditional business owners and independent professionals on why a strong digital presence via the app is crucial for staying competitive and boosting revenue.
3. Territory Mapping & Reporting
- Identify and map out high-potential local markets and commercial hubs for daily activation campaigns.
- Track daily download targets and gather user feedback from the field to help our internal product team improve the app's user experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Open to current undergraduate/postgraduate students or recent graduates (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
- Mindset: A natural, high-energy go-getter who loves meeting new people and thrives in a target-driven, face-to-face field environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You must be confident speaking with traditional market sellers, startup founders, and corporate professionals alike.
- Tech-Savvy: Fully comfortable navigating mobile apps (Android & iOS) and explaining app features clearly to others.
- Mobility: Must possess a smartphone and a personal vehicle (two-wheeler) will be an advantage for seamless daily field travel.
