We’re looking for a hard-working, international People director looking to join a global healthtech company in a high-visibility role to make an impact on public health across the world. In this role, you will be responsible for our Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Development at a global level.
This is a global position that requires excellent English proficiency (fluent or native only) and appetite to work across timezones in a fast-growing company.
This is People/HR role in a fast-moving startup focused on acquisition & engagement. While it requires hands-on attitude to cover HR ops, this is NOT a role for traditional HR profiles (payroll and legal are outsourced).
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
- Talent strategy: work with the global lead recruiter to define and implement our global talent strategy;
- Talent acquisition: support the global lead recruiter to create JD, source candidates, run interviews, and organize the full process for a best-in-class recruitment experience;
- Company Culture Protection: develop and implement strategies to protect the company culture.
- Performance & feedback: develop and implement strategies to ensure good expectations setting and regular actionable feedback between managers and team members;
- Onboarding and Offboarding: manage the onboarding and offboarding of new hires and departing employees.
- Worldwide Pay Grade and Benefits: define the pay grades and benefits that are competitive in all markets in collaboration with global lead recruiter.
- HR Policies: Develop and maintain effective HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to engage and motivate employees.
- Payroll: Monitor and process employee payroll in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (don’t apply if you are not perfectly fluent);
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR in charge of People strategy & Engagement
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for expats and software talent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR Information System and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
