Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content team. You will work on YouTube videos, turning raw footage into polished, engaging long-form content that connects with our audience and helps grow the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit 3 long-form YouTube videos every week (10–20 minutes each)
- Handle complete editing process: cuts, pacing, color grading, audio balancing, subtitles/captions, background music, and basic graphics
- Deliver publish-ready final cuts every week
- Maintain high energy, strong storytelling, and viewer engagement throughout the video
Style of Editing:
Dynamic, fast-paced, and engaging YouTube long-form style (examples will be shared during the interview process).
What We’re Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of video editing experience (freshers with strong portfolio are welcome)
- Portfolio can include personal projects, YouTube channel, college assignments, or freelance work
- Strong understanding of video structure, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
- Excellent command over Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics) is a plus
- Good sense of YouTube content trends and what keeps viewers watching till the end
- Reliable, organized, and able to consistently deliver 3 high-quality videos per week with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
