Job Role:
We are looking for a creative and energetic Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle content creation, video editing, and product photoshoots for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Specialist – Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and blogs.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through digital channels.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content and SEO to improve search rankings.
- Manage email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare marketing reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN / etc.)
- Photography & videography skills
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Social media handling experience
- Basic design knowledge (Canva / Photoshop/ CorelDRAW – added advantage)
Preferred:
- Experience in retail / food / dry fruits industry
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels & Ads
- Ability to work independently
Salary:
₹30,000 – ₹60,000 (Based on skills & experience)
