Position Summary
Studio Medium seeks an Executive Assistant to the Director to manage the full spectrum of business administration and personal support functions on behalf of the Director. The role holds direct responsibility for administration, vendor management, and administrative coordination across both the organisation and the Director's personal affairs, enabling the Director to focus on strategic and leadership priorities.
The mandate is split approximately evenly between corporate administration and personal support. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of coordination for both, operating with a high degree of ownership, discretion, and judgement.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage the Director's calendar, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements, and oversee general office administration, facilities, and administrative logistics.
This includes reporting, coordinations with branches and staff, vendor relationships, calendar and email management, document organizing, sourcing, negotiations, follow ups, etc. On the personal side, the Executive Assistant will manage administration such as payments, utilities, subscriptions, renewals, appointments, bookings, travel, and logistics, and anticipate and resolve recurring personal administrative matters proactively.
Candidate Profile

- Exceptional organisational and follow-through discipline; manages systems, lists, and deadlines without prompting
- Strong sense of ownership; treats matters as their responsibility to resolve
- Numerically competent and comfortable with invoices, payments, basic accounts, and spreadsheets
- Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential financial and personal information
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations, coordination, or administrative role
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and standard business tools (email, calendar, accounting/CRM software)
- Fluent professional English (Hindi an advantage)
- Delhi-based, available to work full-time from the office
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
