About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a real estate background to join our Finance team in Kolkata. This role suits someone who is hands-on with Tally and FARVISION, comfortable with statutory compliance, and confident working independently on day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting entries in Tally and FARVISION
- Compute GST and TDS, and handle their monthly returns, reconciliation and statement generation
- Carry out bank reconciliation (BRS)
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closing
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Support audit of financial policies and regulations
- Maintain EPF and ESIC compliance
- Manage online bank operations, including party and salary payments
Must-Have Skills
- Graduate in Commerce (Honours) - B.Com (Hons.) mandatory
- Prior experience in a real estate company is mandatory
- Working knowledge of FARVISION is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, MIS reporting)
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally entries
- GST and TDS return filing, monthly statement generation and reconciliation
- Experience handling online bank operations
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to real estate accounting practices and project-wise cost tracking
