- sharing all client related MIS reports to internal teams and TCPL management
- being part of client internal reviews for all service related meetings
- solid experience in excel and handling service tool or manage engine
- Need to have experience in handling walk in users
- prior experience to Basic IT infrastructure and asset compliance and co-ordination
- co-ordinate with all bosch locations across india wrt to ITSM, reports
- Getting work done for all engineers across india as per SLA and monitoring their movements in locations and productivity
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
