Job Description:
We are looking for passionate and caring Pre-Primary Teachers to join our vibrant early years team. The ideal candidate should have a love for working with young children and the ability to create a joyful, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use play-based and activity-based teaching methods
- Maintain regular communication with parents
- Support school events and early years programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
- Must have completed any one of the following:
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- Montessori Teacher Training
- ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education)
- Pre-Primary Teacher Training Course
- Freshers can apply; experienced candidates will be preferred
- Good communication skills in English
Professional training like NTT, Montessori, or ECCE is widely expected for preschool teaching roles as it equips teachers with child development and classroom skills
