Job Summary
The TGT Physics Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Physics lessons to students of classes VI to X (or as per school requirement). The teacher should plan and implement curriculum, conduct assessments, promote scientific temper, and create a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and conceptual understanding.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Teaching & Classroom Management
- Teach Physics concepts as per prescribed curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with learning objectives.
- Use innovative teaching methods, demonstrations, and experiments to explain concepts.
- Integrate technology and audio-visual aids to enhance learning.
- Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining discipline and a conducive learning atmosphere.
✅ Student Assessment & Progress
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, and evaluation tools.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations.
- Analyze student performance and maintain records of progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
✅ Curriculum Development
- Contribute to the development of Physics teaching resources.
- Participate in designing annual plans, remedial measures, and enrichment activities.
- Align lesson plans with NEP guidelines or other educational reforms, if applicable.
✅ Laboratory Work
- Conduct practical classes and laboratory experiments as per syllabus requirements.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and encourage hands-on learning.
✅ Pastoral & Co-curricular Duties
- Mentor and counsel students on academic and personal issues.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, science exhibitions, competitions, and excursions.
- Contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
✅ Professional Development
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings.
- Stay updated on new teaching methodologies and subject knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Physics with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory.
- Good command over spoken and written English.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Familiarity with technology tools used in modern teaching.

- 2-5 years of teaching experience preferred (may vary depending on school policy).
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
