About the Role
We are looking for a CRM & Automation Specialist who can build, optimize, and manage CRM systems and business process automations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM implementation, workflow automation, system integrations, and process optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through automation and building scalable systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize CRM workflows based on business requirements.
- Build and manage lead management, sales, customer lifecycle, and operational workflows.
- Implement workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Configure CRM modules, pipelines, dashboards, reports, custom fields, and user permissions.
- Integrate CRM with third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to understand business processes and automate them.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and business reports.
- Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and user adoption.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation opportunities.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
- Continuously improve CRM performance and business workflows.
Required Skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LeadSquared, Bitrix24, Freshsales, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation.
- Experience using automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, Pabbly Connect, or similar.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party system integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation and business process automation.
- Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and requirement gathering.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience implementing CRM systems from scratch.
- Exposure to AI-powered workflow automation.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script is an advantage.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
