This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Engineer located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Purchase Engineer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the purchasing process, including managing purchase orders, planning purchases, and coordinating with suppliers. Daily tasks will include evaluating supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves analytical tasks to optimize procurement strategies and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Planning
- Candidates with previous experience in Fabrication and process industry will be preferred. They should have experience in procurement of all kinds of MS, SS and other alloy raw materials, procurement of gearboxes, motors, sensors and other allied products.
- Skills in managing Purchase Orders and coordinating with suppliers
- Strong Analytical Skills for optimizing procurement strategies and cost-efficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills is must.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
