Role Overview
We are looking for an Academic Counselor & Mentor to guide students in their academic journey, monitor performance, improve study habits, and act as a bridge between students, parents, and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular one-on-one mentoring sessions with students.
- Track attendance, homework, test scores, and overall academic progress.
- Identify learning gaps and create improvement plans.
- Motivate students and help them develop effective study habits.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance.
- Coordinate with faculty to address academic concerns.
- Maintain student progress records and counseling reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to motivate and build rapport with students.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, counseling, or student management is preferred.
