Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings as per project requirements.
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and consultants for drawing updates.
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Prepare working drawings, built drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
- Support project execution teams with technical drafting assistance.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of civil and architectural drafting standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good understanding of residential construction and detailing.
- Experience in luxury residential or interior projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE Civil or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in civil or architectural projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
