Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business in the Home Décor and Gifting segment. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business clients, managing key accounts, generating sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through corporate, retail, distributor, and institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the Home Décor and Gifting market.
- Generate leads and build relationships with corporate clients, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, interior designers, hotels, and gifting agencies.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory availability, and timely deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in corporate gifting, home décor, handicrafts, lifestyle products, or related industries.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Good understanding of sales forecasting and market analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Home Décor, Corporate Gifting, Lifestyle Products, Handicrafts, or similar industries.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling corporate gifting clients and retail chains.
- Existing network of corporate buyers, distributors, or institutional clients.
- Experience in channel sales and key account management.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
