Experience Required: 4–8 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and verification of client and contractor bills
* Rate analysis, BOQ preparation & quantity take-offs
* Coordination with site teams for billing inputs
* Checking of subcontractor bills and reconciliation
* Maintaining billing records and documentation
* Knowledge of ERP/Excel for billing processes
Preferred Skills:
* Strong understanding of construction billing and contracts
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
