· Developed database reports to facilitate management evaluation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Generated comprehensive reports for analysis, overseeing backend operations.
· CONTACT Utilized MS Excel for MIS reporting at the operational level, producing various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Preparing a PPT for the weekly sales heads review, using various charts and designs to highlight the top and bottom performers.
· Prepared and maintained daily MIS data, ensuring management was consistently updated. Analysed data to create reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, supporting decision-making processes.
· Conducted end-user training through personalized instruction and detailed documentation, addressing support requests promptly via in-person, telephone, and email communication
Key Responsibilities for MIS
1. Data Uploading & Management
- Upload daily call center and sales data into internal systems/CRM.
- Maintain and update databases with accuracy and consistency.
- Verify data for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies before uploading.
- Ensure timely data entry and adherence to reporting deadlines.
2. Sales & Call Center Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Generate call center performance reports (calls handled, conversions, etc.).
- Track KPIs such as:
- Lead conversion rate
- Call volume
- Agent performance
- Revenue targets vs achievement
- Share reports with management and relevant teams.
3. Data Analysis
- Analyze trends in sales and call center performance.
- Identify gaps, performance issues, and improvement areas.
- Support management with insights for business decisions.
4. Coordination
- Work closely with sales and call center teams to collect data.
- Coordinate with team leaders for data validation.
- Support operations with required MIS reports.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of all reports and uploaded data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Follow company policies for data handling.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
