Support students with learning difficulties, behavioral issues & emotional well-being
Guide teachers & parents on child psychology and classroom strategies
Coordinate Leader of the Week & Life Skills programs with house mentors
Maintain confidential records and prepare monthly wellness reports
Qualifications:Essential: M.A./M.Sc. Psychology or B.Ed. in Guidance & Counseling
Desirable: RCI License / 2+ years school counseling
Experience: Strong communication in English & Tamil. Child-friendly approach.
