Sales & Marketing Trainee (Fresher)
Location: Pune, Chinchwad
Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year
Qualification: Graduate / BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
· Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and field visits.
· Pitch company products/services to prospective clients and build lasting relationships.
· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
· Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
· Prepare basic daily/weekly sales activity reports.
Requirements
· Bike compulsory.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Target-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if required).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
