Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors and departments.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient files and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding patient appointments and admissions.
- Process patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as per hospital procedures.
- Collect registration fees, consultation charges, and issue receipts where applicable.
- Handle billing inquiries and coordinate with the billing department.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, procedures, and required documentation.
- Maintain daily records, registers, and reports.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
