Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Bookkeeping: Record daily transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) into Tally software.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company accounts with bank statements.
- Compliance: Handle basic GST/VAT and TDS compliance.
- Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Administration: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Communication: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling email correspondence.
- Front Office: Welcoming clients and visitors, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Data Management: Updating records in databases and spreadsheets, plus assisting with basic bookkeeping or data entry.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
