We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, and audience psychology.
You’ll work closely with scriptwriters, thumbnail designers, and the Head of Video to produce high-quality, engaging YouTube content across multiple niches.

What You’ll Do
- Edit long-form YouTube videos
- Transform scripts and voiceovers into highly engaging visual stories
- Improve retention using pacing, pattern interrupts, sound design, and visual storytelling
- Experiment with new formats and styles
- Implement feedback quickly and iterate fast
- Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Take full ownership of your videos from raw assets to final export
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of YouTube editing style
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent)
- Good sense of pacing and storytelling
- Ability to handle volume and fast turnarounds
- Open to feedback and constant improvement
- Self-driven and accountable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
