- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hospital's business goals.
- Increase OPD, IPD, diagnostic, health check-up, and specialty service inquiries through digital channels.
- Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans with measurable growth targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend growth strategies.
Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition
- Generate quality patient leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the call centre and patient coordination team for lead conversion.
- Improve appointment booking and patient conversion rates.
Website & SEO
- Manage and optimize the hospital website.
- Improve website ranking through SEO and local SEO.
- Ensure all specialty services, doctors' profiles, and treatment pages are updated.
- Monitor website traffic and conversion performance.
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns.
- Create awareness campaigns for hospital services, doctors, health packages, and health awareness programs.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
Content Marketing
- Develop blogs, videos, patient testimonials, health tips, doctor interviews, and educational content.
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for medical content.
- Maintain consistency in hospital branding across all digital platforms.
Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor and improve Google Reviews and online ratings.
- Respond to patient feedback professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance the hospital's online reputation.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
- Patient leads
- Conversion rate
- Marketing ROI
- Website traffic
- Social media performance
- Campaign effectiveness
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Team Management
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, agencies, and IT vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing campaigns.
Brand Development
- Strengthen the hospital's digital brand image.
- Promote health camps, awareness programs, community outreach activities, and new medical services.
- Support doctor branding and personal branding initiatives.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM systems.
- Experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and patient communication.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
