We are looking for an experienced Field Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IT Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for center management, student admissions, team supervision, and business development activities to ensure smooth functioning and growth of the training center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center.
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and counselling coordination.
- Monitor and support trainers and administrative staff.
- Ensure course schedules, classroom management, and training delivery run smoothly.
- Develop strategies to increase student enrollments.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotions.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and course progress.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and training quality.
- Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and partners for training programs.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management.
