Renew Plus Hair and Skin Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated MBBS Doctor to provide consultations for hair and skin concerns, develop evidence-based treatment plans, perform aesthetic procedures within their training and legal scope of practice, and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and ethical practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Consultation
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and medical assessments.
- Diagnose common hair and skin conditions.
- Recommend appropriate medical and aesthetic treatment plans.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care.
- Obtain informed consent before initiating any procedure.
Clinical Procedures
Perform procedures for which you are trained and authorized, including:
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
- GFC Therapy
- Mesotherapy
- Chemical Peels
- HydraFacial supervision
- Microneedling (Dermapen)
- Hair loss evaluation and treatment planning
- Acne, pigmentation, melasma, and scar management
- Laser procedures (if certified and trained)
Hair Transplant Support
- Assess patient suitability for hair transplant.
- Review blood investigations and medical fitness.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative medical care.
- Coordinate with the Hair Transplant Surgeon and OT team.
Patient Care
- Prescribe medications where appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress during follow-up visits.
- Manage minor treatment-related complications.
- Escalate complex cases to senior specialists when required.
Documentation
- Maintain complete patient medical records.
- Update consultation notes in the CRM.
- Ensure treatment consent forms are signed before procedures.
- Maintain before-and-after clinical photographs as per protocol.
Clinical Compliance
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Adhere to company SOPs and ethical medical practices.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical regulations.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with therapists, cosmetologists, counsellors, and branch managers.
- Guide staff on clinical protocols and patient care.
- Participate in clinical meetings and training programs.
Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State Medical Council or the National Medical Commission.
- Fellowship or certification in Aesthetic Medicine, Hair Restoration, or Cosmetology is preferred.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience.
- Fresh MBBS graduates with an interest in aesthetic medicine are welcome to apply.
- Experience in hair and skin clinics is an added advantage.

Work Schedule: Full-time, six-day work week with rotational weekly off.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
