Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa applications for study, work, and travel abroad. The candidate will guide applicants through the entire visa process and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding visa options (student, tourist, work, PR, etc.)
- Assist in filling out visa application forms and reviewing documents
- Provide guidance on visa requirements, eligibility, and procedures
- Handle client queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Maintain proper documentation and client records
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and embassy guidelines
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of visa processes (training can be provided)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and work under pressure
- Computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in study abroad or immigration consultancy
- Sales or counseling background
- Knowledge of countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe and Schengen countries
