Job Role:
An Electronics Engineer (Fresher) assists in designing, testing, developing, and maintaining electronic circuits, devices, and systems. Freshers usually work under senior engineers and learn practical skills on the job.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Circuit Design and Development**
* Assist in designing analog and digital circuits.
* Create circuit diagrams using tools like Proteus, Multisim, OrCAD, or Altium.
2. **Testing and Troubleshooting**
* Perform testing of PCBs and electronic modules.
* Identify faults and help in debugging hardware issues.
* Use instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators.
3. **PCB Assembly and Soldering**
* Support PCB assembly work.
* Learn SMD and through-hole soldering.
4. **Embedded Systems Support (if applicable)**
* Assist with simple programming for microcontrollers like Arduino, PIC, AVR, ARM.
* Test and validate embedded firmware.
5. **Documentation**
* Prepare design documents, test reports, and component lists.
* Maintain accurate project records.
6. **Quality Control and Compliance**
* Check components for quality standards.
* Support adherence to safety and industry guidelines.
7. **Production and Manufacturing Support**
* Assist manufacturing teams with technical issues.
* Observe production processes and suggest improvements.
8. **Research and Learning**
* Research new components and technologies.
* Work with senior engineers to improve technical skills.
9. **Customer or Field Support (if needed)**
* Provide basic technical help for installation, calibration, or maintenance.
* Handle simple customer queries about electronic products
