Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Write compelling scripts, captions, and storytelling content for social media, promotional videos, and campaigns.
- Create detailed storyboards for video shoots and creative projects.
- Plan and coordinate video shoots, including shot lists, locations, props, and talent requirements.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Assist during shoots by providing creative direction and ensuring content quality.
- Brainstorm fresh campaign ideas and innovative content concepts regularly.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Review and refine content before publication.
Required Skills
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong scriptwriting and storyboard creation skills.
- Good understanding of video production, camera angles, lighting, framing, and shooting techniques.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows and creative design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Media, Journalism, Marketing, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook is an added advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing scripts, videos, storyboards, or social media content will be highly preferred.
