We are looking for a dedicated Support & Implementation Engineer to handle software implementation, client support, and issue resolution. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software solutions for clients.
- Provide technical support through calls, emails, and remote sessions.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with the development team.
- Conduct user training and product demonstrations.
- Track and update support tickets regularly.
- Maintain implementation and support documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge.
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SQL, networking, or healthcare software is an added advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
