Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing ad campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads
Create and manage:
Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads
Audience targeting & retargeting
Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns
Work on:
Lead generation campaigns
Website conversion campaigns
Support A/B testing of:
Creatives
Ad copies
Coordinate with design/content team for ad creatives
Track and report performance metrics
Required Skills (Must Have)
Basic hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads (basic setup knowledge)
Understanding of:
Campaign structure
Target audience & interests
Budget allocation
Knowledge of key metrics:
CPC, CTR, CPL
Ability to analyze and improve campaign performance
Eligibility Criteria
0–1 year experience
Must have:
Completed a digital marketing course OR
Done internships / live projects OR
Run ads personally (even small budget)
Good to Have (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of:
Pixel setup
Conversion tracking
Familiarity with:
Google Analytics
Strong interest in performance marketing & growth

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
