Job Description – Showroom Floor Supervisor
Position: Floor Supervisor
Industry: Retail – Textile / Readymade
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead, guide and monitor showroom sales staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Maintain proper product display, stock availability and showroom cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and management for smooth operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work allocation.
- Support billing, stock checking and other showroom activities when required.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, products and customer transactions.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail/textile showroom supervision preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing, stock and sales operations.
- Ability to work in weekends and during festive seasons.
