About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and process-driven Junior ERP Consultant to join our growing business development team in Kochi. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual who wants to combine business analysis with corporate sales, exploring market segments and consulting business owners on digital transformation.
In this role, you won't just be selling software—you will be on the ground acting as a consultant for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), manufacturing units, and distributors. You will analyze their operational bottlenecks (inventory, accounting, payroll) and demonstrate how Quarto ERP’s specialized modules can streamline their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Outreach & Lead Generation: Identify potential corporate clients, manufacturing plants, distributors, and retail businesses through targeted market research, cold calling, and strategic field visits.
- On-Site Business Analysis & Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and managers to audit their current workflows (e.g., tracking Excel sheets, manual billing pain points) and pitch Quarto ERP solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver clear, value-driven live walkthroughs of Quarto ERP modules, showing prospects exactly how the software handles their specific industry requirements.
- Pre-Meeting Strategy: Participate in mandatory internal alignment sessions with senior consultants and management before critical corporate presentations.
- Pipeline & Coordinator Alignment: Diligently follow up with open leads, collaborate closely with the backend Sales Coordinator for proposal generation, and drive prospects to closure.
- Market Intelligence: Gather ongoing feedback from the field regarding competitor pricing and feature requirements to assist our core product development team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing operations. (Freshers with a strong logical mindset and a passion for business technology are highly welcome).
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to understand basic business workflows (purchases, sales, stock).
- Attributes: High resilience, target-oriented, and comfortable handling on-the-field challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
