Role Overview
The Design-Led Marketing Manager will own the translation of Brillare's strategy into
a distinctive and consistent visual brand world. This is not a graphic design execution

- Work closely with in-house designers, editors, photographers, production partners, stylists, and agencies from concept to final delivery.
- Plan and manage product, model, salon, campaign, marketplace, and social media shoots, including moodboards, shot lists, references, props, locations, timelines, and approvals.
- Build and maintain Brillare's visual systems across colour, typography, imagery, composition, product presentation, motion, and content formats.
- Review creative output for strategic fit, visual quality, brand consistency, platform suitability, and production feasibility.
- Develop scalable creative templates and content systems for launches, always-on communication, marketplaces, salons, and retail.
- Maintain a central creative library covering approved assets, references, source files, campaign versions, and usage rights.
- Track category and culture-led visual trends without allowing the brand to become trend-dependent or visually inconsistent.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, feedback, and stakeholder approvals to ensure high-quality creative is delivered on schedule.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in brand marketing, creative strategy, art direction, content production, or design-led marketing.

- Good understanding of social, e-commerce, digital advertising, retail, and campaign asset requirements.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to balance premium brand building with speed, scale, and commercial priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, luxury, wellness, or design-sensitive consumer brands.
