Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Accounts (CA Inter qualified) to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and team management. The role requires strong expertise in accounting practices, taxation, audits, and financial controls to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.
- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Review audit schedules, provide required documentation, and ensure timely audit completion.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.
- Develop and implement accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.
- Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and ERP systems.
Qualification & Experience:
- CA Intermediate qualified (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
