Job Summary
To be responsible for the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the ERP application and supporting the functional teams while meeting consistent quality requirements and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. To administer ERP in production environment
2. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the application and users.
3. To manage database optimization, back-up and recovery
4. To perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database level
5. To train and transfer knowledge to the team members
Skill Requirements
8+ years of PeopleSoft Technical Experience
Strong experience with PeopleCode, App Engine, App Package
Strong experience with SQR
SQL / Oracle database programming
Strong experience with XML
Knowledge of Peoplesoft HCM
Advanced knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/Payroll table infrastructure and Peoplesoft Workflow
Motivated, self-starter with great interpersonal skills to work with distributed teams.
Experience in leading/guiding a small to medium sized PS development team
