Job Summary
Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance for our India office.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws).
- Handle employee grievances and performance reviews.
- Implement HR policies and support employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is preferred.
Work Location: Malappuram, Kerala (In-person)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
