We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Executives – Digital Marketing to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, or Online Business Solutions will be preferred.
The role involves assisting clients, understanding their business needs, recommending suitable digital marketing solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Promote SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and assist clients throughout the onboarding process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve customer engagement and business growth targets.
