Key Responsibilities
· Good exposure in hiring of field staff like Medical representative, ASM, RM, ZSM & NSM.
· Managing the Employee – on boarding to off boarding.
· Experience in independently taking care of field staff of 100 employees
· Stakeholder management & will report to SBU head.
· Responsible for maintaining documentation of new joiners and left employees.
· Preparation of all letters related to employee life cycle.
· Sending new joiners’ data for biometric and email id activation (Field/ floor) to IT team and accordingly arranging Welcome Kit.
·Maintaining new joiners all the details including CTC Structure.
· Preparing FNF Sheet & Exit management.
·Maintaining good relationship with all the field employees and coordinating with them on daily basis.
·Proven hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
· Negotiation Skills
Total Experience
· 5+ years of experience as Field HR (Pharma sales)
· Experience in independently taking care of field staff
Qualification
· MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
Key Skills
· Strong understanding of pharma hiring dynamics and niche (Oncology / Critical Care) talent pools.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
