Job Summary:
The General Manager will be lead end-to-end grain distillery process optimization (liquefaction, saccharifaction, fermentation, distillation.
Key Responsbility :
- Driving yield improvement programmes and reduce process losses
- Design and execute technical trials across customer sites
- Develop rapport with clients and provide technical consulting
- Build SOPs and best practices for consistent plant performance
- Lead and mentor a team of Subject Matter Experts
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and ensure timely solutions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
