Job Summary
Do It My Way Institute is looking for a confident and experienced Interview Preparation Trainer who can prepare students for interviews in the Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service industries. The trainer should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of interview techniques, and the ability to build students' confidence through practical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interview preparation sessions for students.
- Train students in HR, technical, and situational interview questions.
- Conduct one-on-one and group mock interviews.
- Provide detailed feedback on students' performance.
- Improve students' confidence, communication, and body language.
- Train students in professional etiquette and workplace behavior.
- Assist students with resume building and interview documentation.
- Prepare students for Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hotel, Front Office, Customer Service, and Corporate interviews.
- Develop interview practice materials and assessment sheets.
- Track students' progress and maintain performance reports.
- Coordinate with the placement team regarding interview schedules.
- Guide students on grooming standards and professional presentation.
- Motivate students to improve their overall employability.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and recruitment processes.
- Ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions.
- Confidence in public speaking.
- Positive attitude and mentoring mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Background in Aviation, Hospitality, HR, Training, or Education.
- Minimum 1–2 years of training or interview coaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
