ABOUT THE ROLE
Unrushed Minds is an elite lifestyle movement dedicated to restoring cognitive focus, mindfulness, and sensory exploration through physical, screen-free tactile art and creative journaling experiences.
We are looking for a passionate, young, and visually gifted Creative Photographer to capture the physical essence of our brand during live sessions. This role is strictly for an artist who can step into an intimate 2-hour capsule, bring their whole heart to the table, blend seamlessly into the environment, and capture breathtaking, modern aesthetic assets for our global digital footprint. We are looking for an individual who values a stable, long-term continuous creative partnership with a fast-scaling startup.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Macro & Detail Asset Production: Focus heavily on high-end macro photography and tight close-ups. You will be capturing the minute details of our raw materials: hands interacting with texturing paste, charcoal bleeds on heavy hand-torn deckle cotton paper, and the subtle textures of premium linen-bound journals.
- Candid Lifestyle Capture: Document the real emotional shifts of participants. Capture the expressions of deep focus, quiet decompression, and authentic presence without making the environment feel disruptive or commercial.
- Continuous 2-Hour High-Focus Delivery: Arrive at the flagship venue (e.g., Costa Coffee, Khan Market) with absolute punctuality. Commit your attention whole-heartedly for the exact 2-hour duration of the live capsule, ensuring zero missed moments.
- Fluid Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our on-ground execution team and interns. Step in with a fresh, collaborative, and warm team-first attitude.
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY CRITERIA)
- Close-Up & Macro Expertise: A strong, proven portfolio demonstrating exceptional skill in lifestyle macro photography, food/beverage close-ups, or product texture details. You must know how to manipulate soft, natural indoor sunlight.
- Child-Friendly Personality: You must be naturally warm, approachable, patient, and deeply friendly with children. When shooting for our junior tiers, you must be able to make kids feel completely comfortable and unhurried in your presence.
- Prior Event Experience: Proven past experience shooting high-end boutique events, intimate workshops, art gallery showcases, or premium cafe activations.
- The "Fresh Face" Professionalism: A young, presentable, energetic, and highly positive professional demeanor. You bring vibrant, constructive energy to our workspace.
- Long-Term Commitment: We do not want one-off freelancers who disappear after one gig. We are strictly screening for individuals looking for a reliable, recurring long-term creative association to become the official visual voice of Unrushed Minds.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Own professional DSLR / Mirrorless camera body capable of pristine low-light performance.
- Dedicated prime lens configurations (ideally a 50mm f/1.8, 35mm, or a dedicated Macro lens) to capture ultra-shallow depth-of-field texture shots.
- Note: Large, invasive flash setups and loud clicking rigs are strictly prohibited during sessions to preserve the meditative silence of the table.
